What is my septic alarm on?A red warning light or buzzer does not indicate your tank needs to be pumped. It indicates a high water condition in your dosing tank, or grinder pump tank, due to a malfunctioning pump. Avoid wasting money have it diagnosed by our qualified technicians.

Why is my circuit breaker tripping?A tripped breaker on an septic effluent pump indicates a faulty wiring or pump issue. On a grinder pump a tripping circuit breaker indicates a jammed pump, faulty start components, or a faulty pump.

Why is there a wet spot in my septic drainfield?DON'T PANIC! A wet spot doesn't always mean a new septic system is needed.
