American Pump saved a Townhouse Community that I manage in Tobyhanna. During a thunderstorm the septic system was struck by lightening and damaged. Charlie at American Pump jumped into action to keep it running just long enough to replace the pumps, control panel and broken lines. He was in contact with Borger Septic who was able to come out and pump so that repairs could be done. It is now working great. I highly recommend them and will call in the future if an unexpected problem arises.

Great experience with American Pump Service. I was having issues with my drainage field where it was puddling on the surface when the pump kicked on. Charlie came out quickly and gave me a quote to do a "top job" that was below estimates I received from several other companies.

Charlie also saved us the time of obtaining permits and approval process by getting those on his own. His entire team was very easy to communicate with and took the time to answer all my questions I had during the rebuild process.

So we thought we had a leak in our septic due to some running water noises. He came out, talked to my boyfriend on the phone for about 20 mins explaining everything. Even though he didn't think anything was wrong with our system he still took the time to make sure we understood how the system worked. If we have any issues in the future we will definitely be reaching out. Highly recommend.

Words can not explain how professional they are. On time, reasonable prices in this day and age. I thought it would cost a fortune to fix my pipes that where clog. And septic pump not working because it was blown out. Was told to get that all done from another company 8600. There was no way I could pay that. Thank God for Charlie, Lamont and Keith.
